About the role:

Our permanent and contract-focused practice groups are actively seeking adept recruiters, business developers, and solutions sales professionals. Specialisations in accounting & finance, technology, administration, customer services & HR.

What you'll do:

• Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Sydney market.
• Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
• Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
• Stay abreast of hiring market trends, sharing consultative insights.
• Engage in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives.

About you

We're seeking professionals with:

• Experience: 3+ years in agency recruitment, 360-degree recruitment, or client-facing B2B roles.
• A Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing business relationships.
