The Role:
Our client manufactures and installs commercial and residential custom metal fabrication projects throughout WA.

Being one of the largest and respected balustrade businesses in WA, supplying large-scale residential and commercial builders throughout Perth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our inventory, maintaining our storage facilities, and ensuring efficient operations of our warehouse / yard.

You will be a professional, mature and reliable worker looking for a long-term position, experienced in:

• Receipting incoming stock against purchase orders. Approx 50% of your time spent doing this so must be competent using a computer!
• Maintaining inventory record and monitoring stores emails.
• Picking and packing orders received, taking photos of stock once packed and organising delivery.
• Providing assistance as required to the workshop manager and other warehouse duties as required.
• Creating purchase orders and following up on outstanding orders.
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

• LF Forklift Licence
• C Class Manual Driver's Licence
• 2+ years experience as a storeperson
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Full working rights to work in Australia
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and able to learn
• Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg

You will also have a strong commitment to safe work practices, high-level attention to detail, good work ethic and reasonable physical fitness to work on your feet most of the day.

This role offers competitive hourly rates + penalties + super and weekly pay
