Retail Merchandiser - Team Leader (Day/Night)

About the Role:

APS Retail delivers a unique service to retailers by providing solutions and managed project services to retail stores networks nationally, in both metropolitan and regional locations.

What we do:

• Store refits, refurbishments and relays.
• New stores.
• Point of Sale installations (ESL).
• Planogram & layout implementation.
• Working with a major supermarket chain.

Duties:

• Coordinate movement of product and installation of new equipment in stores.
• Daily reporting to the office.
• Ensuring APS policies and procedures are always complied to, including the strictest compliance to OH&S policies both internally and externally.
• Training of new team.
• Ensuring Toolbox and prestart meeting are being attended.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more (mandatory).
• Team-orientated with clear interpersonal communication skills.
• Personable and able to work with different stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead a team whilst remaining hands on and assist and train team members on the floor.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practice of OHS in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to travel Regional.
• Have a smart phone (mandatory).
• Car and Drivers Licence (mandatory).
