Experienced Dentist Position Available at Dental Members Adelaide

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled dentist primarily to treat new patients requiring comprehensive dental work, including multiple fillings, crowns, dentures, and implants. Patients typically require dental work ranging from $10,000 to $20,000, often utilising their superannuation or our payment plans for treatment.

Who We Are Looking For:
1. A minimum of 5 years of private practice experience in Australia.
2. Proficient in crown and bridge work.
3. Capable of placing implants (not mandatory although highly regarded)
4. Available up to 3 days per week
5. No orthodontics or clear aligners; such cases will be referred.

6. Ability to provide comprehensive treatment plans and options to patients

Compensation:
- Daily retainer guarantee ranging from $800 to $1,000 based on experience and scope of practice.
- 40% Commission
- The minimum daily retainer is calculated monthly for 3 months

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are essential due to the nature of treatment patients are undertaking
- For implant placement, evidence of continued education and successful implant cases placed in Australia over the last 36 months is required.

Dental Members invests significantly in marketing to attract patients to our practices and clinicians.

The Practice

Days required: 8:30am - 4.30pm Wednesdays and Fridays with the potential to open Tuesday's if desired.

Location: Level 2, 25 King William Street, Adelaide

Practice hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Paperless practice using Praktika patient management software & 3Shape Trios scanning software

New OPG/CBCT onsite

Endodontic Microscope

4 well appointed surgeries with separate lab area and office space for dentists.

Ambidextrous and left-handed dental chairs/suites available.

Onsite Dental Prosthetist

Implant surgery facilities available
