About the Role

As part of the team, you will ensure that patients receive the best care, from their first telephone call to secure their appointment, through to their arrival for the appointment, and leaving once their treatment is complete.

Primary duties include:

• Clinical chair side assistance
• Set up and set down of surgeries
• Ordering and stock control
• Sterilisation processing and infection control protocols

You may occasionally be required to relieve the reception staff with:

• Welcoming patients
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Referral processing and appointment scheduling

About You

• Dental experience with Certificate III or IV in dental assisting highly regarded (but training can be provided)
• Must be a reliable team player
• Exceptional ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Quick thinker and able work under pressure
