Position: Factory Worker - Plantation Shutter Assembler

Location: 3/28 Eurora Street, Kingston QLD

Employment Type: Initial Casual transitioning to Permanent Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $33.9625 (Casual), transitioning to $27.17 per hour (Permanent Full-Time)

Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Plantation Shutter Assembler to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in assembling plantation shutters, either aluminium or PVC, and demonstrate precision and attention to detail.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and efficient assembly of plantation shutters (aluminium or PVC)

Safe operation of relevant machinery and hand tools

Adherence to quality standards and production timelines

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Effective communication and teamwork

Requirements:

Proven experience assembling plantation shutters (aluminium or PVC)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Reliable, punctual, with a solid work ethic
