About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Corporate Reporting Specialist, you’ll be responsible for content creation and document management within Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART's) corporate reporting suite. Working with subject matter experts across the fund, you will support delivery of fund reports including, but not restricted to, the Annual Report, Sustainable Investment Report and Modern Slavery Statement. You will help to prepare/edit drafts and support the review process to align content and timeframes across the reporting suite. You will also prepare supporting documentation to facilitate ART’s document due diligence approval process.

As a member of a small team, you will work closely with the Senior Manager – Corporate Reporting, while collaborating with other teams across the Fund including Finance and Tax, Investments, Corporate Communications, Brand, People and Culture, and Legal and Compliance.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Play a key role in end-to-end delivery of our corporate reporting suite including content development and editing, internal approval processes, development of supporting documentation, and publication of reports on our website.
  • Review and edit written content to ensure incorporation of reviewer amendments, consistency of content, language and messaging across the suite.
  • Prepare supporting documentation to facilitate ART’s document due diligence approval process.
  • Assist with development of project timelines and processes which will support ART to meet evolving reporting requirements.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • Strong writing and editorial capability within a highly regulated, corporate context.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services, with superannuation industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to ensure delivery to regulatory deadlines.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with subject matter experts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Highly proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
