We have an exciting casual Disability Coach positions available to join our Access and Equity team at TAFE Queensland’s Ipswich, Toowoomba and Kingaroy Campuses.
As a Disability Coach you will implement AccessAbility plans and conduct assigned sessions to assist and coach learners with a disability to consolidate their learning and manage the impact of a disability on their learning.
This position reports to the Access and Equity Coordinator.

Salary
Operational Officer Level 4 (OO4) $45.67 gross per hour (TAFE Queensland (TAFE Services employees) Certified Agreement 2022).
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements
Disability Coach
Applicants must possess the following:
- Nil
Highly Desirable
Candidates who possess the following will be highly regarded:
- Possession of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or recognised equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge or experience in the vocational area in which you are coaching.
- Experience supporting learners with a disability which may include ASD, sensory, physical and mental health needs.
- Knowledge and experience of, or ability to quickly acquire skills with Assistive Technologies
- Blue Card
