We are on the search for two dynamic, fun loving and experienced Store Managers to oversee our teams across multiple of our locations in Adelaide!

As a Store Manager with CIBO, you will be responsible for developing and motivating the team to give ensure an incredible customer experience every time. We want you to take our stores to the next level in operational excellence.

What you will bring to Cibo Espresso:

Demonstrated experience in leading a team within a high-volume café or hospitality environment

Barista skills are essential

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in managing financials, i.e. Sales targets, labour targets, cost controls & wastage. Ability to lead, develop and manage large teams

Support and development of the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment

Ability to work across 7 days, on a rotating roster of weekend shifts
