Our Disability Division provides valuable support to the South Australian community through direct service delivery, inclusion policy and sector reform work. As a registered NDIS provider, they supervise and help with everyday tasks to support people living with disability to live as independently as possible. The division also encompasses quality and clinical services and the DHS Equipment Program.
The Administrative Officer is a role within Northgate Disability Aged Care and is accountable to the Manager, Site Operations for:
providing financial administrative support to claim and maintain available funding in alignment with the care needs of clients
providing a proactive and efficient administration support service for the business unit through the development and maintenance of appropriate administrative systems
contributing to the operations commercial, financial and workforce management success of DHS Disability Services through the provision of administrative assistance, reporting capability, and HR related administrative support services
maintaining an efficient and effective information and records management service that meets requirements of the business unit and complies with both departmental and legislative requirements
building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure maximum stakeholder engagement and effective implementation of team objectives.
Special Conditions:
National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
