About the role

Geraldton Isuzu Ute is seeking an additional Service Advisor to join their team in Geraldton, Western Australia. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the entire service lifecycle for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. This full-time position is an integral part of our Automotive Trades team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers, providing them with a friendly and professional service experience
• Liaise with the workshop to coordinate service and repair tasks, keeping customers informed of progress
• Process work orders, parts orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all customer interactions and vehicle servicing
• Assist with inventory management and ensure the parts department is well-stocked
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and addressing any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve processes and the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Be computer literate
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles
