Experienced Electrical Project Engineer required to help deliver a multimillion-dollar major project

Your new role

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site installation, defects, and site coordination with other services to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Reporting to the Project Director/Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day work statuses and ensure that installation works are completed on time, to the specified quality, and in accordance with HSE plans.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or trade-based relevant qualification and/or post-graduate qualification or relevant experience.
  
• Previous exposure to a complex site-based construction environment. Healthcare experience is desirable.
  
• Demonstrated ability to support the delivery of large, high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both clients and the company.
  
• Proven track record in an electrical project engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
  
• Previous supervisory and project management experience. Day-to-day management of staff and subcontractors on construction sites, ensuring adherence to the safety plan and HSE policy.
  
• Evidence of strong customer liaison and stakeholder management. Regular liaison with builders and other trades on site to coordinate activities and resolve scope boundary and interface issues.
  
• Previous experience working with highly complex electronic security/building management systems solutions.
  
• Practical knowledge of EBI, PLCs, CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems, HVAC systems, BMS.
  
• Previous experience in detailed planning, scheduling, and sequencing of installation and commissioning works to achieve project milestones.
  
• Based in Australia, full permanent working rights
