The Developer is responsible for providing high-quality services to key stakeholders. Driving good technology practices in software development, this role applies extensive general experience in software development practice to the platforms of supported products in the team, with a focus on continuous improvement in development practice for themselves and quality assurance of junior members of the team.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with web development using a framework such as Ruby on Rails / .Net
• Demonstrated experience developing using Object Oriented design, Service Oriented Architecture, and API design is highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience with integrating systems through APIs is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience analyzing existing application processes and designing and implementing improvements
• Demonstrated experience with relational data modeling and SQL is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with effective cross-functional team relationships to develop and deliver effective business solutions
• Demonstrated ability to promote the organizational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behavior expectations

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate degree with at least 3 years subsequent relevant experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
