This is a full-time contract opportunity until December 2025 located in Campbelltown. Starting base annual salary of $79,823 to $87,169 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.

About the opportunity:

As a Caseworker in our Early Intervention Programs, you’ll be a trusted support to families, children and young people in Southwestern Sydney. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals and families — in homes, in community settings, wherever they feel safe — to help them build on their strengths, navigate life’s challenges and create lasting change.

  • Provide hands-on casework and case management with warmth, integrity and respect.
  • Support parents, carers and families to build stronger, safer relationships.
  • Advocate for the needs of children, young people and families in vulnerable situations.
  • Facilitate evidence-based parenting programs like Tuning into Kids or Circle of Security.
  • Work flexibly — sometimes before school or in the evening — because the needs of our families come first.
  • Be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that celebrates culture, inclusion and diversity every day.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • You’ll have relevant tertiary qualifications in social sciences or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience working with children, families or youth.
  • You listen deeply, build trust, and bring heart to your work.
  • Has experience supporting families through complex challenges like domestic violence, mental health, or homelessness.
  • Understands the importance of early intervention and wants to be part of the solution.
  • Is confident working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
  • Is ready to roll up your sleeves, work as part of a team, and make a real impact.
  • Current Drivers Licence as well as current NSW WWCC.
