Skilled Cladding Installer & Facade Trades Assistant – Two Roles, One Outstanding Team

At Skyline Facades, we’re a tight-knit crew known for creating the eye-catching facades on Brisbane’s most impressive buildings. We’re on the hunt for a top-notch Skilled Cladding Installer—ideally with a carpentry background—and a practical Facade Trades Assistant who’s ready to learn the craft from true industry experts.

Casual/Full-time | $40 to $55 per hour plus 11.5% super

Skilled Cladding Installer
You’ll install premium architectural cladding systems with precision, working side-by-side with a dedicated team on high-end projects across Brisbane and its surrounds. Key requirements include:

Strong carpentry or construction experience

Valid Construction White Card

Current EWP license(s) and Working at Heights ticket(s)

Your own trade-specific tools and reliable transport

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings (or willingness to learn)

A can-do attitude and genuine pride in quality craftsmanship

Facade Trades Assistant
If you’re a practical “build things” kind of person ready to evolve into a façade specialist, we want to hear from you. You’ll support our team across a range of tasks—from set-up to cleanup—ensuring that every job site is organised and safe, while you learn on the job from our skilled experts. Ideally, you have:

A background in carpentry, building, or shop fitting (at least 2 years’ experience preferred—but enthusiasm counts too)

A valid Construction White Card

A driver’s licence and reliable transport

Your own basic set of tools

An EWP license(s) and Working at Heights ticket(s) (or we will support you to get them)

An eagerness to learn and a can-do attitude
