Position Vacant: Bar/Gaming Attendant - Casual Position Level 3

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bar/Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service across our gaming floor and bar area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Tray Service on Gaming Floor:

Efficiently and courteously provide tray service to gaming patrons, ensuring prompt delivery of drinks.

Maintain a clean and organised gaming floor, adhering to regulatory standards and club policies.

Cocktail Making:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to patrons, following standard recipes and ensuring consistency in quality.

Display creativity and flair in cocktail presentation, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Bar work:

Undertake all aspects of bar service, including taking orders, mixing drinks, handling cash transactions and maintaining a tidy bar area.

Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring availability of beverages and ingredients at all times.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, greeting them warmly, addressing inquiries and attending to special requests.

Build rapport with guests, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the venue.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines and gaming regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following hygiene standards and implementing appropriate safety measures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a gaming or bar environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Current RSA certification and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate and Advanced Conduct of Gambling Certificate (ARCG)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
