About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a Perth based, boutique size, Childcare Provider. Our footprint spans the southern to northern suburbs with 5 services currently in operation with another 2 opening soon.
You will partner with our leadership team, working directly with our Operations Manager and Area Manager by providing recruitment and onboarding solutions for all internal roles which include; Centre and Assistant Director, Educational Leader, Room Leader, Educator, Cook and Cleaner positions.
Primary responsibilities:
Posting job vacancies, screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Completion of the recruitment cycle including, phone screening, co-ordinating interviews, qualification collection / validation, reference checking through to contract preparation and issue.
Onboarding approved candidates.
Managing the company's talent pool.
Other duties:
Support the leadership team with an employee's lifecycle from commencement to end of employment processes.
Qualifications management.
Probation and performance review tracking and reminders.
Creation of ER/IR letters using an approved suite of templates.
HR compliance - liaising with our HR consultants when required on behalf of the company
Liaising with preferred recruitment agencies on current vacancies
Conducting Exit Interviews.
Maintaining employee document filing.

What you will need:
Recruitment skills and experience, in particular possessing a natural confidence with candidate engagement.
Experience within the Early Childhood Care sector is highly desirable.
Competent keyboard and computer skills as well as an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products including, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A current (WA) Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
National Criminal History Check within the last six (6) months (or willing to obtain).
