SSA Group is seeking a registered surveyor to join our client's growing team in Brisbane. Candidates must hold a cadastral endorsement to be considered.

Candidates may be considered who are licenced/registered in other Australian states who would be able to relocate and become licenced in Queensland; assistance from our client will be provided. This role has the potential to grow and oversee all of our clients cadastral work in South East Queensland.

This role is primarily office-based, with the exception of training field staff in the latest technology and surveying techniques.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform land title and cadastral surveys for a range of residential projects.
• Organise survey data processing and fieldwork with the latest surveying technology.
• In compliance with QLD rules, create and certify cadastral plans and paperwork.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, and local government representatives.
• Junior surveyors and field employees should receive mentoring and direction.
