We are currently seeking an experienced, friendly and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our restaurant team and a Houseperson with a fantastic eye for detail to join our Housekeeping team.
Food & Beverage Attendant
You will be the face of the hotel, greeting and serving guests in our food & beverage outlets, including our conference and events areas. Duties include set up of tables, clearing tables, taking orders, restocking breakfast dishes and cleaning of our hotel restaurant.
Hours of work:
Breakfast shift 6:30am-11:30am, lunch shift 11:30am1:30pm plus any conferencing needs
Dinner shift 4:30pm-9:30pm Monday to Friday only
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience
Flexible availability to cover a variety of shifts on a rotating roster
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
Barista skills an advantage

We are seeking a positive, friendly and professionally presented team player, who is reliable with a passion for service and making guests smile.
Houseperson
As a Houseperson you will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team in efficiently and effectively presenting our rooms and public areas at a high standard.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide linen to each floor
Assist Room Attendants to replace missing items from rooms
Assist Room Attendants to clean rooms
Look after lost property
Report any maintenance issues
Clean public areas
Your attributes:
Be immaculately presented, have attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, physically fit as heavy lifting and pushing of trolleys is part of the job, previous experience and available for all days/hours.
Applicants must be in Australia and have full work rights
