With over 50 years in the industry, 7R Logistics is well-respected as an industry leader in the safe transport and delivery of bulk liquids. An exciting new chapter in that story saw the addition of bulk gas transportation in regional NSW and Queensland from early 2021.

The Role

We are currently looking for an HR-licensed driver to deliver gas bottles to industrial sites around Maryborough and surrounding areas. A heavy rigid (HR) license and proven, safe driving record are essential. A D.G. license and forklift ticket are also required, but we can help you there if you don't yet have them.

Obviously, you'll need to be skilled and bring a professional mindset to perform your work safely and to the high standard that both you and we expect. While you will need to bring your safety-first attitude and HR license with you, full training is provided for daily tasks. You'll also need to pass regular medical checks and consent to random alcohol and drug testing and other initiatives so we can be sure you arrive home safely after every shift.

The depot is located at Tinama, and the runs are around town generally, with once-a-week trips expected to Hervey Bay and South Burnett.

Hours

Shifts are Monday to Friday daytime with guaranteed minimum full-time hours, so there need be no compromise to your work-life balance and family time.

You

• You will bring a mature, responsible and safety-first approach, with a heavy rigid license and driving history to match.
• You will probably already have a forklift ticket, and ideally will have D.G. license too, but we may be able to help with both of those.
• You will be a professional and courteous driver who is considerate of other road users.
• You will also be patient and courteous when dealing with customers.
• You will live locally, and be aware of your own fatigue states and cycles
