About the Roles
In any temporary Legal Assistant position, you’ll be supporting busy fee earners and high-performing teams across areas such as Property, Insurance, Trademarks, Corporate or even Employment law. Regardless of the area, your legal support skills will carry across seamlessly. Some of the duties involved may include:

• End-to-end legal admin support including file, inbox & diary management
• Drafting, formatting & preparing legal documents & correspondence, including the manipulation of complex documents
• High-volume billing & monthly reporting support
• Liaising with clients, external and internal stakeholders
• Organising travel arrangements (domestic & international)
• Collaborating with various team members to ensure a seamless delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience in at least 1–2 practice areas
• Confident billing experience and strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with legal software such as iManage, Aderant, 3E or similar highly regarded
• Professional, team-focused approach – reliable and quick to adapt
• Flexibility to jump into new environments and deliver quality support
