About Us: Allspec Homes is a custom home builder. Allspec Joinery is our new joinery division based in the Sydney’s East to Southwest area, is seeking dynamic professionals to join our team. We specialize in locally manufactured joinery products and provide professional services to commercial clients, and residential customers.

Position Overview: We are looking for qualified and experienced Mosiak software Draftsperson and Interior Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team on a full-time, casual or contract basis.
Essential Requirements:

• Residential Interior Design experience.

• Experienced Kitchen designer

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, or similar

2+ years’ experience with CAD detailed documentation

Must have strong proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and MOZIAK software

Proactive self-starter that can work autonomously or as part of a team

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with Clients, consultants and team members effectively

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in drawings

Kitchen/Joinery Industry Expertise: Experience in the kitchen/joinery industry with a thorough understanding of kitchen construction.

Mosiak or similar Skills: Proficiency in Mosiak software or similar Cabinet software).

Technical Competence: Ability to read plans and drawings and /0r client sketches into workable design.

Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with industry products and materials is advantageous.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and quality.

• Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff.

• Ability to provide drawings/sketches, specification covering interior design matter.

• Approach for selecting materials, colour and flooring selections, lighting/electrical, space planning and detailed aesthetic planning.

• Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and formulating design concepts for building interiors.
