Fetch are currently hiring labourers for long term, ongoing Civil Construction work in Regional South Australia. Due to our clients winning several new stages of projects, there is an immediate need for people to start ASAP. Projects range from new Substations, Pipelines, Dams, Renewable Energy Hubs, Road Upgrades & more.

THE ROLE

• Taking measurements and calculating levels
• Assisting subcontractors – concreting, drainage, landscaping
• Digging trenches and installing electrical & NBN conduits
• Operating machines – Roller, Loader, Moxy & more **must have ticket
• Site setup and clean up – fencing, flagging, moving materials
• Spotting and working around machines

THE PAY & BENEFITS

• $36 – 40 p/h – rate will depend on experience
• $190 per day LAHA allowance
• $36 - 40 p/h for the travel time + $0.59 per KM from home address to job site paid on first and last day of swing
• $21.94 p/d travel allowance for days inbetween first and last day of swing
• Penalty rates for all overtime worked – UP TO 30 HOURS A WEEK ON OFFER!!
• FREE PPE – Premium gear including Boots & Jacket
• Long term, consistent work with same employer on the same job site

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• White card
• Australian Driver’s License and own transport
• Previous labouring experience preferred although all people will be considered
• Able to pass D&A testing
• Plant and machine tickets **desirable
