We’re currently seeking a motivated, warm, and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team at our flagship store in Coolaroo.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting customers with sincerity, product knowledge, and care

Maintaining the aesthetics of the store — keeping it clean, organised, and fully stocked

Receiving, unpacking, and shelving deliveries

Processing transactions and answering customer enquiries both in-person and over the phone

Ensuring all daily tasks are completed with attention and accountability

Supporting a positive and proactive team culture

Who You Are:

You have a passion for natural health, clean living, and customer service

You’re friendly, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing things properly

You don’t make excuses — you get things done with care and consistency

You’re open to learning and growing alongside our team

A background in health, nutrition, or wellness is preferred but not essential
