Rural Fit are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our health services team. Working in a multidisciplinary team environment this role provides support and guidance to clients, family members and/or carers who visit the Glen Innes Health Hub. You will assist clients to understand and navigate the health system, coordinate care, help access community resources and social services. You will also support the broader health and medical practitioner team in an administrative capacity.
