Building and maintaining positive partnerships within the wider community to refer participants to a diverse range of service providers.

Develop strong community partnerships that support capacity building to make communities more accessible and inclusive.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with great people skills, excellent written communication, and strong time management skills.

You will have experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs and outcomes.

Be adaptable and able to cope with an ever changing, fast paced environment where no two days are the same!

A person-centered approach when working with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds focused on empowering individuals to exercise choice and control, delivering positive outcomes, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional integrity.
