About the Company.
A reputable and well recognised construction company. This company specialises in the construction of various Commercial, Government and Retail projects valued up to $20M - $50M. This company has established a strong presence in Canberra and recently won a number of projects due to due to their strong track record of delivering quality, state of the art projects.

About the Position.
Working alongside the Operations Manager and General Manager, you will be employed to delivery several new build projects across Canberra ranging between $20M to $50M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Clients allocated budget.

Duties.

• Deliver projects in accordance to building specifications and standards
• Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders
• Create and manage the project feasibility
• Manage invoices and claims

Skills & Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• Ability to organise, communicate and display good time management skills
• Proven experience on delivering projects valued above $10M
• Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
