About the role

Telum Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and skilled labourers to join our construction team in Sumner, QLD. As a casual labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our work. What you'll be doing

Performing general labouring duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment

Assisting tradespeople, including site preparation, demolition, and clean-up

Working in a team with the lead drillers, as an offside driller.

Mixing and preparing grout.

Fixing, tying and laying steel mesh.

Offside shotcrete/concreting.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role, preferably within the ground stabilisation industry.

Strong physical endurance and the ability to perform manual tasks effectively

Familiarity with steel fixing, laying mesh, shotcrete or ground stabilisation.

White Card.

Drivers licence and reliable transportation.

HRWL EWP (above 11m)

Working at heights ticket

What we offer

Above Award Casual Rates.

10+ hours per day, Monday to Friday.
