Join a growing and supportive allied health team at My Ability Healthcare

We are a mobile allied health provider servicing Melbourne metro areas, delivering home-based therapy services to individuals of all ages with disabilities and chronic conditions. We’re currently seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team on a flexible basis, with options for full-time, part-time, or subcontracting work.

This role primarily involves working with NDIS participants, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team of experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver holistic, client-centered care. We are also planning to open a clinic in late 2025, offering the potential for onsite work in the future.

About You

- Certified Practicing Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

- Strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working with participants

- Excellent communication and report writing skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred therapy

Key Responsibilities

- Provide mobile speech therapy services across Melbourne

- Manage a caseload primarily made up of NDIS participants

- Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans

- Work collaboratively with our occupational therapists and other team members

- Complete documentation and reports as required
