About the role

Earthtech Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Machine Operator (Multi Skilled). In this hands-on role, you will operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment to support our construction projects. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of our Projects.

What you'll be doing:

Safely and competently operate a variety of construction equipment such as Posi/Bobcat, excavators, loaders, rollers, watercarts etc.

Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance

Work collaboratively with the wider construction team to complete tasks on schedule

Identify and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Work across multiple projects between Perth and regional as required

What we're looking for:

Significant experience (minimum 4-5 years) operating a diverse range of heavy construction equipment

Experienced in Posi/Bobcat operation in detailed earthworks

Relevant qualifications and licenses, including a valid as a minimum HR (HC desirable)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills
