Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced retail manager to take ownership of our luxury retail space, creating memorable experiences for our clients, and delivering outstanding leadership to our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer engagement, who is eager to contribute fresh ideas and grow within a dynamic, luxury brand.
Hours: This position will be a full-time position - Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm
Location: Our beautiful Flagship store located on the renowned Hastings St, in the heart of Noosa Heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire your team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional experience and service.
Build lasting customer relationships, driving loyalty and repeat business.
Schedule and manage staff rosters based on business needs, foot traffic, and budget.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet performance and sales goals.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and coaching.
Deliver sales training programs to ensure team members’ growth and goal alignment.
Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Oversee the use of CRM systems, ensuring efficient customer communications and support.
Manage financial transactions, including float management and sales reporting.
Ensure store operations run smoothly, including visual merchandising, inventory, and security.
Ensure your team is always up-to-date with LOUISE JEAN information, product knowledge and policies.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll embody the below:
Proven experience managing or leading in a sales-driven retail environment (luxury goods/jewellery highly regarded)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for building client relationships.
Data-driven, with the ability to analyse sales performance and adapt strategies.
Results-focused, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in POS operations, CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of store appearance and merchandising.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive problem solver, capable of handling complex customer cases with empathy and genuine care.
