Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of children.

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports positive interactions and relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe and document children’s progress and development, and use this information to plan and adjust educational activities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the center and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
