ISA Healthcare Solutions (ISA) is looking for a skilled Software Engineer with data design skills to augment the development team in building new healthcare products and services. This is a permanent staff position with flexible work environments/arrangements, in the office and remote.

The candidate will be responsible for evaluation, analysis, design, and development of various software products developed and maintained by ISA. Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.

This role is suited to a strong Software Engineer who is looking to become part of an innovative team in the growing healthcare sector, which has great career progression prospects.

Your Responsibilities will include

Working in a team environment, communicating with customers, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to deliver significant and life-improving solutions

Design and implement data-driven solutions, including technical reports/extracts, ETL pipelines, and healthcare data warehouses to meet specifications

Develop and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.JS)

Application of software-development best practices and the latest technologies, with particular focus on security

Essential Skills and Experience

5+ years' .NET application development experience

Relevant Degree or IT Certifications

Information modelling and Database design

Database performance tuning and optimisation

Experience with - C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, DevOps, MVC, Web API

Excellent written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously and proactively as part of the wider team

Desirable Skills

Experience in web client-side scripting frameworks, one of the following preferred: Angular, React, Vue.js

Knowledge of Apache Airflow and PostgreSQL

Experience with shell scripting and build tools for Application CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Healthcare standards including HL7, SNOMED-CT, ADHA Standards and FHIR

Experience in inter-vendor integration projects
