About the opportunity:

Position: Social Worker - Senior

Vacancy: Fixed term temporary part-time, 45.6 hours per fortnight, commencing ASAP up to 25/01/2026 with the possibility of extension, not exceeding 2 years

Location: Rural Allied Health Southern Hub, AYR

• Salary range: $64.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)

Requirements:

• Mandatory qualifications (Bachelor of Social Work) and proof of registration (Australian Association of Social Workers).
• Possession of class C drivers' licence.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance and Blue Card Checks.
