About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced MR Driver to join our well-established team. The role will require the successful candidate to conduct multi-drop deliveries of steel to residential construction sites across Melbourne and Country Victoria.

This is a physically demanding role involving early starts, regular driving in high volume traffic and logistically difficult delivery locations. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a challenge and who are customer focused.

On-the-job training and support are provided.

About you

Current MR Licence

Construction Induction (CI) Card, or willingness to obtain

Experience completing multi drop deliveries (advantageous)

Excellent driving history

Good knowledge of Melbourne and surrounds

Experience using a vehicle-mounted crane (advantageous)

Excellent communication skills

Able to work independently and problem solve

A strong understanding of safety with regard to heavy vehicles, load management and unloading

A Dogging License or willingness to undertake the required training
