At Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach. Based on Brisbane’s northside, our team includes five Physiotherapists, three Exercise Physiologists, four Podiatrists, and a Psychologist, with a fantastic Admin team to support your day-to-day.

We see patients across the lifespan and all funding streams—EPC, NDIS, WorkCover, DVA, CTP, private, and Home Care Packages. You'll be working in a dynamic, varied role with access to a fully equipped weights gym, a therapy gym, hydrotherapy pools, and a group class space.

The Role
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a real difference in clients' lives. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, we’ll tailor your onboarding and support to suit your level of experience:

🔹 New or Recent Graduates

Weekly 1:1 mentoring with senior Physiotherapists

Option to start with 45-minute consults as you build confidence

Gradual caseload development with close guidance

Structured onboarding and access to whole-clinic in-services

🔹 Experienced Physiotherapists

Step into an existing and varied caseload

Mentoring check-ins and opportunities for peer collaboration

Freedom to shape your caseload based on areas of interest

Autonomy within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team

This role is ideally full time, but part time may be considered for the right candidate. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm—no weekends or late nights required.

Key Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

Full AHPRA registration

Legal right to work in Australia

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team

Full driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for home visits)
