Our Construction Team is seeking an energetic, reliable and motivated Operator who shares the same passion for civil construction and maintenance related projects.

You’ll be an effective member of the team providing delivery of construction and maintenance projects by the safe and effective operation of trucks, road rollers, tractor slashers and other plant items in collaboration with your supervisor and team members. When not operating plant items, the Operator completes manual handling tasks associated with civil maintenance and construction projects.

This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 38 hours / week + 9 day fortnight, enjoying every second Monday off!

Base Salary Range: $59,793 - $64,190 pa based on 38 hours / week + 11.5% superannuation + $2,312 retention allowance

Demonstrated safe and effective operation of tipping body trucks and current HR Driver’s licence.

Demonstrated safe and effective operation of suitable loading equipment such as forklifts, front end loaders, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, etc to a "self-load" capability standard when required, including appropriate WorkCover or equivalent competency accreditations.

Demonstrated safe and effective operation of water cart including knowledge of pavement construction & moisture control.

Sound civil labouring skills including safe manual handling techniques, concrete formwork and finishing, and asphalt patching.
