Recruitco is a locally owned and operated Labour hire and recruitment specialist. We are currently working with our client based out of Burton SA, who are looking for production-based Pre-cast Concrete labourers.

You will be responsible for the preparation of moulds for the landscaping, building, commercial and residential industries alongside novelty items. You will be de-moulding dried concrete items also cleaning and spraying moulds with vegetable oil solutions, operation of dosing machines on production lines as well as manually pour, screed, patch and finish moulds from pavers, Novelty items, bump stops through to fencing plinths, retaining wall sleepers and larger civil projects. You will be responsible to work in a team environment and operate various machinery and tools such as Forklift, over-head gantry cranes, vibrators and various hand tools as required.

Previous experience within the concreting industry would be preferred however if you have a construction or heavy Labour background could also be advantageous. this role is definitely suited to candidates looking for regular guaranteed hours with a company that will look at full-time opportunities for applicants with the right skillset, willingness to learn and the right attitude. You will have the following

Current drivers licence

Current forklift licence

Your own PPE - Hard Hat - clip on earmuffs - Hi Vis shirt or Singlet - Trade style pants or shorts - Steel toe boots - Safety glasses and cut proof gloves

A positive work ethic

No PREVIOUS injuries

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug tst

Ability to commit to either day or afternoon shift

Ability to complete overtime as requested

Day Shift - MON - THUR 0600am-14:30pm and FRI 06:00am-14:00pm

Afternoon Shift - Mon - Thur 14:25pm to 23:00pm Friday 12:00pm to 18:00pm (considered day shift)
