About the role
RN-1 We are looking for a dedicated and motivated nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare setting. In this role, you will develop your professional practice from a novice to a proficient level, consolidating your skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and continuous professional development. You will take accountability for your own nursing standards and for activities delegated to others, ensuring safe and effective patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
RN-2 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to provide high-quality mental health nursing care across a variety of settings within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP). In this predominantly clinical role, you will consolidate your expertise through experience and ongoing professional development, progressing from a competent to a proficient practitioner. You will take accountability for your own practice standards, delegate activities effectively, and provide guidance to less experienced staff. With opportunities to contribute to clinical teaching, research, and broader MHCP initiatives such as protocol development and process improvements, this role offers a rewarding chance to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on mental health care.
