About the role

As a concreter at DB Construction, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our building projects across the Perth metropolitan area and outter areas. Working on a casual basis, you will be responsible for all aspects of concrete, including detailed excavations, formwork, pouring and ensuring a high-quality finish for our clients'. What you'll be doing

Assisting with detailed excavations

Operating relevant equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Assisting with formwork

Preparing, pouring and finishing concrete for foundations, slabs, walls and other structures

Collaborating with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and to budget

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a concreter/chippy, with a sound understanding of fomrwork, concrete pouring and finishing techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent time management and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

A positive attitude and a keen interest in the construction industry
