About the role

This is a part-time Retail Assistant role at Basil's Fine Foods' in Mindarie. As a Retail Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all our customers

Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including stocking shelves, displaying products and keeping the store tidy

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Answering customer inquiries and providing recommendations on our products

Supporting the store/department manager and team with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, professional and helpful attitude

Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
