About the role

Aster Health Group is seeking a Psychologist to join our dedicated team in East Victoria Park, Western Australia on a contract basis. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive evidence-based interventions to our NDIS and mental health clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients

Provide individual and group therapy using a range of therapeutic modalities

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care for clients

Maintain detailed client records and prepare reports as required

Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our psychological services

What we're looking for

Fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based psychological interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based therapies.

A knowledge of the NDIS and a willingness to travel around Perth to undertake therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong clinical documentation and reporting skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care

Valid drivers licence and car required
