What You Bring:

✔️ Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration
✔️ Proven Experience – 1+ year as a Facility Manager (or similar leadership role in Residential Aged Care)
✔️ Compliance & Accreditation Know-How
✔️ Strong People Leadership – Excellent communication, empathy & problem-solving skills
