Senior Associate or Special Counsel - Employment Law

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Advise clients on complex industrial, employment, and workplace relations matters

Represent workers, unions, and professionals in disputes, negotiations, and litigation

Lead enterprise bargaining, general protections, unfair dismissal, and discrimination matters

Appear in Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and tribunals as needed

Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strategic growth of the practice

Is this you?

You’re already making your mark in employment or workplace/industrial law, and now you’re ready to amplify it. Ideally, you will have:

5+ years PAE in employment, industrial relations or workplace law

A deep understanding of the Fair Work Act and related frameworks

Proven leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step into that space)

A strong interest in advocacy and social impact

Existing client relationships (not essential, but welcome)
