The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced, Youth and Mental Health Support Workers to provide services to our clients living around Perth.
Our Youth Workers are engaging, energetic, and passionate people who strongly commit to supporting children and young people. If you, too, are someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people, then this is the role for you!
About the Role
You will be responsible for various activities that may include mentoring, social support, taking an active part in maintaining a clean and safe home environment, including cleaning and cooking meals, and transporting the young person as required. Services are currently in the South of the River and North of the River. Suburbs include Ellenbrook, Maddington & Kelmscott.
We offer competitive pay rates, paid weekly, and our team of coordinators are available to support you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.

Eligibility Criteria
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Youth Work
- A Qualification in Psychology or Mental Health (Cert IV and above)
- Diploma of Community Services
- A Completed Qualification,
You will also have;
- Experience providing services to people under the age of 18 years old.
- Reliable transport and an Australian or International driving licence.
Applicants who do not meet the above criteria, will not be considered for this role.
Our Ideal candidate will also have or be willing to obtain the following:
- a current Provide First Aid Certificate (Both HLTAID012 & HLTAID011)
- a current Provide CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
- a current National Police Check
- a current Working with Children Check
- a current NDIS screening Check
- Be able to provide a roadworthy report when requested
