Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Labourer, your duties will include:

• Production Line Work: Operating machinery for gluing and palletising tasks, monitoring product quality, and ensuring efficient product flow.
• Packing & Palletising Stock: Packing finished products into containers or onto pallets with precision and care to maintain product integrity.
• Labouring: General warehouse duties such as cleaning, stacking, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Heavy Lifting: Regularly lifting and relocating items weighing 10-15 kg.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a production line or packing roles.
• Be physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of 10-15 kg.
• Have excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Be a reliable and punctual team player with strong communication skills.
• Have your own reliable transport (public transport is not available in this area).
• Possess full Australian work rights.
