We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch Operator to join our team at our Neerabup site. This full-time role will operate on a 8 day rotating roster, working 12 hour shifts from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. As a Despatch Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of operations, supporting inventory control, dispatch processes, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, a strong sense of teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Your duties will include
Side Loader Operations – Safely moving packs and individual items as needed.
Stock Replenishment – Scanning, unwrapping, and marking items for storage in racks.
Computer Operations – Using relevant systems to pick jobs, mark completed tasks and print labels.
Picking – Selecting items accurately based on tablet instructions.
Cutting – Operating the splay machine and chainsaw to prepare items for dispatch.
Packing – Strapping, wrapping, and labelling packs ready for dispatch.
Quality Control – Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Inventory Control – Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
General Cleaning and Housekeeping – Ensuring a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area.
Essential Selection Criteria:
Experience in warehouse or dispatch operations.
Ability to operate machinery such as side loaders and chainsaws.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Competent with computer systems and tablets for job tracking.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Proof of Australian Working Rights.
Current High Risk Work License - Forklift License
Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain at own cost (essential).
Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company’s provider.
