We are looking for a reliable team player to join us as a casual Cold Storage Forklift Operator.

About the role:

• 7am-3pm shift Monday to Friday
• Based in Darra, QLD
• An allergen-free environment, free from meat, dairy and eggs.

In this job, you will be responsible for:

• Working in a freezer environment (-18 degrees)
• Working in the chiller environment (1 degrees)
• Use of electric forklifts - Standup reach truck
• Picking orders
• Putaways & Replenishments
• This role will include pallet breakdowns
• Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
• Sorting Dry store warehouse
• General Warehouse duties

Our ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence
• Have 2+ years’ experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklift (double deep racking experience)
• Understanding of food safety principles and HACCP
• Be physically fit for manual handling duties
• Be reliable and punctual at all times
• Have excellent communication skills
• Great time management abilities
