Position Overview:

We seek a skilled ROM Loader Operator to join our client's operations in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to efficient production processes while upholding the highest safety standards.

Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on ROM production equipment.

Operate Front End Loaders and other ancillary equipment efficiently.

Ensure the timely supply of crusher feed blends and mill feed blends.

Effectively manage the removal of tramp and oversized material from the ROM crusher feed.

Maintain accurate records of all material movement using the Loadrite reporting system.

Collaborate with truck operators to ensure that all loads are dropped in the correct locations.

Strive to achieve all ROM management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Facilitate clear communication and direction between roads, trains, and dump trucks.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gold mining industry.

Must hold nationally accredited tickets for operating Front End Loaders.

A current C Class manual driver’s license is essential.

Willingness and ability to provide a National Police Clearance (dated within the last 6 months) that meets site requirements.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong operational understanding of ROM pad and management techniques.

Excellent equipment maintenance skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a FIFO environment with a strong commitment to safety.

Good communication skills and a strong team player.
