The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead complex industrial construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and reports
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with industrial experience
• Proven experience leading multi-million dollar builds from concept to completion
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong contractual experience
